Help please.

I will try to keep it simple.

I could set up two external monitors attached to one laptop. My problem now is that one the resolution on one of them is perfect, but the other display looks infocused and blurry. The color hues are differet too, eventhough I went thru every single corner of the config menu.

I am really interested in getting the Ultramon soft, but I want to make sure my monitors look equally good and with the same color scheme. Would your software help me achive that? could you recomend any course of action.

Thank you

Rommel

UltraMon can't help with this.

The issue with the blurry display sounds like the monitor isn't running at its native resolution, try changing the resolution via Display Properties.

There's no easy fix for the color mismatch, you can try adjusting the colors via the controls of the monitor (usually a button on the front of the monitor), but you may not get them to match exactly, even with two identical monitors.

Are both monitors attached to the same type of port with the same type of cable?

I've seen fuzziness happen on a monitor attached to the laptop docking station via a VGA port, but the 2nd monitor attached via the DVI port was noticeably clearer -- and these were identical monitors.

I've seen laptops with multiple ports for attaching monitors, but it's usually one of each, not 2 of the same kind.

When I went to a docking station with 2 DVI ports, using DVI cables, both monitors looked the same (no more fuzziness on the VGA connected monitor).
