Thanks for updating Ultramon for Windows 8. However, there are some issues with using it with Outlook 2013. The icons in the top right corner go over the Outlook 2013 icons (such as the one that hides the ribbon).

FYI,

Currently there's no good workaround for this, you could configure custom button spacing under UltraMon Options > Buttons and Menu Commands, but this will affect all applications, there is no way to do this only for a specific application. I'll look into support for this for a future release.

I hardly ever use the "Maximise to desktop" function, so I have disabled that button. With only the UM 'Move" button enabled the Office 2013 buttons can be selected (by careful mousing!).

Same frustration here -- I'm constantly accidentally moving Outlook 2013 between monitors when all I want to do is maximize or un-maximize. Hopefully you can find a slick way to work around this issue.

Type 75 in the custom spacing box and click OK. This does the trick for Office 2013 apps.
