When I click on "New Display Profile" from the taskbar menu nothing happens.
When I click on "Manage Display Profiles" a blank folder appears.
Otherwise, the software works OK.

Which version of UltraMon and Windows are you using?

Please try the following: open a command prompt, then run the following command:
"%ProgramFiles%\UltraMon\UltraMonShortcuts.exe" /c umdp
Let me know if you get the Create Display Profile wizard, or if nothing happens.

Yes, thanks - that does work.
I was able to setup multi-display profiles. So nice to use shortcut rather than fiddling with Windows screen resolution properties everytime I want to game on my big screen :)
Although that doesn't explain why the taskbar option doesn't work.
Let me know if I can help you debug any further. Using on Windows 7 64-bit SP1

I could create a test version of UltraMon.exe to try to determine what's going wrong, if you're interested contact me at support@realtimesoft.com.
