I recently upgraded to Dreamweaver CS6. I want it to open in monitor 2, but it always opens in monitor 1. In the Dreamweaver custom tool bar, there is an option to "move to the other monitor," but this has to be done every time. Is there a way to get it to remember where it was last closed?

If Dreamweaver is maximized, try the following: un-maximize it, move it to the other monitor, then maximize it again and close it. This works for Firefox, not sure though if it will also fix the issue for Dreamweaver.
If that doesn't help, you could use UltraMon to position the application: right-click the application's shortcut and select Properties from the menu, then select the UltraMon - Window tab and configure settings as desired.

The first method suggested did not work for me. The second method of changing the properties using Ultramon to choose the window did work. Thanks for your help.
