Using the smart taskbar, whenever I fullscreen an app on a secondary monitor, its taskbar entry will pop up onto the primary taskbar (it does also remain on the secondary taskbar of the monitor it is fullscreen in as well). Never had this issue using UltraMon on Windows 7, so seems to be an 8 issue. I haven't tested this thoroughly but it has happened with both flash applications (full screen youtube) and media center classic, and I assume it would do it for anything else unless it's using a fake fullscreen implementation.

Here is an example to show what I mean. If I unfullscreen youtube, the blank entry will disappear. It's only blank because that's how fullscreen youtube windows are labeled, if it were media center it would show the app title.

I've been able to reproduce the issue with MPC-HC, will look into this for the next release. Doesn't happen with Windows Media Player though.
I would recommend using Windows 8's built-in multi-monitor taskbar instead, which doesn't have this problem. If you have a specific reason for using UltraMon's Smart Taskbar let me know.
