After I restarted my PC each monitor has the same desktop, instead of the whole picture streatching across both monitors. In ultramon it says it is doing so, and the system desktop options says Ultramon desktop wallpaper, but it still is not stretching across both.

If you go to Control Panel > Personalization > Desktop Background, is Picture Position set to Tile?
