I am using a program that provides real time data and is pricey...i want to share the info on a screen to two other monitors in the room for my colleagues but i can't fit any more monitor plugs on my computer. any suggestions?

A video splitter might be a solution, this is a device which takes the output of a video card and sends it to two or more monitors, this way you'll get the same image on all connected monitors.
