I have version 3.2.2 in Windows 8. The UltraMon button at the top of Google Chrome windows to move the window to the next monitor is on top of the minimize button. Making it hard to minimize a window without it opening the choose monitor menu. Other windows I don't have this problem. Chrome used to not have any UltraMon buttons in previous versions.

I have three monitors. Is there any way to adjust the location of the UltraMon buttons?

For me the buttons are positioned correctly, not sure what might cause this on your system. This is with Chrome 26.0.1410.64m. Do you have custom text size settings configured under Control Panel > Display?

As a workaround you could move the buttons to the left via UltraMon Options > Buttons and Menu Commands, custom button spacing option, but this will affect all applications.

Good news that the buttons now work with Chrome, wasn't aware of this.
