Hello,
i'm trying to play call of duty 2 with ultramon.
After modify d3d dll library, i change offset a game started at windowed mode (game officialy support only fullscreen). But game window is starting on primary display with 48 + FPS ( 8 years old machine). With ultramon i make a shortcut and forced the window to secondary display. That's working good, but i getting only 18 FPS ( multiplayer is uplayable). Any idea? How is that possible ?
Really thanks for help and sorry for the english :-)

Sounds like it's not using hardware acceleration on the secondary monitor. Can't you change the primary before launching the game, this way you should get hardware acceleration. You can also do this via UltraMon.

Nop, hardware acceleration set on max.

The problem is that the game creates a 3D rendering device for the primary monitor, if you then move the window to the secondary monitor it still uses that for rendering instead of creating a new device for the secondary monitor, which will cause the performance issue you're seeing.
