I have Windows XP Pro. Iwill Ka266, Duron 1ghz, 128 megs of DDR, A Radeon 64 DDR VIVO and a S3 Tro 32/64. When anything is displayed on the Trio 32/64 it has line through it. Is unreadable and flickers when anything moves on it. This setup just worked before I changed my motherboard. It works fine in the bios and pre-wondows. Just in windows it won't work. I am using the same drivers as I have used before. Thanks

Have you tried changing the frequency (Hz) on each monitor? For example, try one monitor at 75hz and the other at 70hz.
