I am able to use Ultramon with two external monitors and my laptop monitor on Windows 7. With everything else not changing the only difference is I'm running Windows 8 on a new laptop and the laptop monitor will not go to an enabled status. Any thoughts?

Did you try enabling the monitor via Windows Display Properties or the software for the video chipset as well?
