I have just (finally) upgraded to Win7 and re-installed UltraMon.
I have found a problem.. When I right click on a taskbar window on the "primary" taskbar, I get no options relating to Ultramon.
But when I go to the 2nd screen, and do the same I can "Move to Monitor" and "Maximize To Desktop"..
I am sure that under XP I could do this on BOTH Taskbars.. Am I missing something? Is there a config I can change to allow the Ultramon options on the main display?

To get the UltraMon menu commands you'll need to press SHIFT when right-clicking taskbar buttons on the main taskbar, this will open the application's system menu with the UltraMon commands.

Oh yes.. So it does.. You learn something new every day.. Thanks for that..
I guess this is a Windows7 'limitation' rather than something with Ultramon?

It's just the way the new taskbar works, by default you get the new menu with the pin option, etc. UltraMon doesn't support this though and still shows the application's system menu as on Windows XP.

Perhaps try 7+ Taskbar Tweaker and change option "Right Click" to "Standard windows menu".
