Hi all,
I've just set up a nice little dual monitor system, using a Voodoo Banshee and a Riva TNT2 64. I've been testing with a spare 15" monitor, to get used to the config, and all seems reasonably straightforward. I'm currently using the Banshee as a primary, as I intend to use the S-Video out from the TNT2 to drive a projector screen. However, the projector screen is behind my back, and I would like to have a preview window of the projector display (basically, a mini-mirror)... Anyone got any ideas?

UltraMon can do mirroring, but currently only fullscreen. Windowed mirroring could be added, I'll consider it for Beta 7.
Please note that mirroring video and 3D applications may not work, and if it does work, performance will be quite bad.

hmm.. then it wasn't UltraMon I was playing with last year... :) it was a small app with resizable window which displayed the raw output from any adapter, and because it was raw input, 3d-accelerated and everything worked.
*WAAAAYY* slow tho :P

Beta 7 will support windowed mirroring via command-line options.
Nite, maybe you were using a pre-Beta 6 version of UltraMon mirroring, which did support windowed mirroring but was very slow.

Christian, yes, I remember that now. But there was also this other app raw-something. Was an university-project for some guy. But how cares now that UltraMon does that soon :)
