Athlon 800/WinME/256MB SDRAM
V5 AGP
V5 PCI Slot 1
This combo has been very solid for weeks.
When I try to add a third V5 in PCI Slot 2, 3 or 4 WinME hangs after updating DMI configuration. Only way to recover is to shut down and remove the third card. Tried w/ no card in AGP. Tried swapping the PCI cards.
Only combos that work are 1 AGP card and 1 PCI card. Nothing more.
All drivers x3dfx Rev. 1.08
Anbody ever cracked this puzzle before?

Who knows, could try changing the order you install them in, like make both pci's work fine then try to add the agp one. Might be a limitation of both pci cards needing exclusive access to something related to being in a pci slot.
