When Smart Taskbar is enabled, the apps on the second monitor do NOT minimize when I click the Show Desktop button on the first taskbar OR hit Windows+M (or Windows+D). If I disable Smart Taskbar, they do. Is there some problem with my configuration or does Smart Taskbar disable this functionality.

WIN+M will only minimize the apps on the main taskbar, but WIN+D and Show Desktop should minimize all apps, which version of Windows and UltraMon are you using?

I have encountered the same problem on my computer, I run a Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate with Ultramon 3.2.2. When I press windows + D or windows + M, it only works for one monitor

What are your taskbar settings (always on top, autohide, etc)? WIN+D works fine for me on 64-bit Windows 7, applications from all monitors get minimized.

Where can you see those settings? The settings at my Smart Taskbar are:
[v] use Smart Taskbar
Mode: Standard
Process priority: low
Could it be an exterior program messing with Ultramon?

Right-click the UltraMon taskbar to see what settings it uses, for the main taskbar right-click it and select Properties from the menu.

I'm ashamed to say this but I still have no idea which settings you mean, could you show me with a screenshot or something?
The problem still occurs, windows + d only closes the non primary monitor's windows.

You'll need to right-click the UltraMon taskbar to bring up the menu with the settings, for a screenshot of the menu see Smart Taskbar feature.
