It seems as if UltraMon 2B7 removes quotes in shortcuts. These quotes worked fine in B6!
Many applications support command line parameters but they are not passed unless you enclose the path in quotes, e.g. "[Path to Application]\App.exe" +set param1 1 +set param2 44
The application in question is Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.
This worked fine in B6, however in B7 the quotes are stripped, causing MOA: AA to no longer 'read' the parameters.

Thanks for your bug report.
Did you check if it doesn't work with an unquoted path/filename?
Beta 7 doesn't save command lines with leading quotes, so there's no way the shortcut will work. If you edit the shortcut, the application field will be empty.
