What is the best video player? i have multi screens around 7 and when i try using a video player in full screen it always does to the main monitor. Need some help on how to play it on any other monitor.

Try ZoomPlayer. (link is somewhere here on RealTime Soft... forgot where).
Tho you are out of luck, unless you run every monitor at same resolution.
