well heres my problem, i got a geforce 4 TI4400 and im trying to get it to output to a tv via the S-video output, but i dont have an S-video tv so i bought an adapter to RCA ... well my problem is that i can't get windows (NVIEW) to even recognize i have another monitor hooked up. any suggestions/help?

I'm having the exact same problem with my 4ti4200. When I go to detect displays I get some white flickersing on my tv. When I switch back to my old gforce2 MX the tv out works fine.
