I am in a customer service business and would like to use a touchscreen secondary monitor to present documents for customers to read/navigate/sign. So the customer will need to touch the screen and sign with a stylus. Since the customer will be sitting across from a customer service rep, the rep needs a way to see what is on the secondary monitor and take control if needed. Can Ultramon help me out? I've seen a lot of mirroring or cloning applications but none seem to allow viewing the secondary monitor on the primary AND allow control. Thoughts? By the way, I love Ultramon and we use it extensively...just hoping there's some solution to this issue.
thanks for any advice---

Couldn't you do this with the video card's clone mode? I'm not that familiar with touchscreens, but I've done some testing with a Windows 8 tablet with external monitor and a mouse attached, and in clone mode I can use both the mouse and touchscreen to interact with applications, and both monitors show the same thing.
