Here is the Oddity:
Moving something from primary to secondary monitor shifts is down on the screen. Meaning they do not alighn across the display. If you drag a windows so that half is on primary, half on secondary the portion on the secondary monitors shifts down about 1-2".
I have cleaned registry, reinstalled drivers, set the same refresh rate/resolution on both monitors with no fix. Any thoughts?
