2. With multiple quad-port cards, but those in the picture are hooked to multiple computers as well, if you didn't notice.
3. as many as windows. in win2k/XP theoretically as many as you can stick adapters in it. with 6 PCI slots and Quad-adapters it probably more than you can shake a stick at :)
