I have looked at http://www.realtimesoft.com/upload/gallery/173.jpg

and i fail to figure out how he managed to have that look on XP...

i have searched Desktop X and some other shell programs without any luck...

It's one of these programs: DesktopX, HoverDesk, LiteStep or WinStep FULL.


It may be that that is his/her personal work and cannot be downloaded from anywhere off the 'net. (Probably, 'cause WMP look is copyrighted, it would be illegal to have that look for download)

Running an analog monitor using the DVI connector provides no improvement to the signal quality. In fact if you use a DVI to analog converter the extra connectors could cause artifacts on the screen making it worse than a straight VGA to VGA connection.
