Usually it should work as soon an you install the drivers and than activate "Extend Windows desktop to this screen" in the Windows Display configuration. (win2000, XP,..? under older OS-Versions like NT4 you need a special multi-monitor driver supporting both of your cards, so you can only use cards of the same type, as far as I know)
