Hi!
I am trying out UltraMon to see if it lets me drag maximized windows from one monitor to another. Specifically I want to use this feature: http://i.imgur.com/qTX4V1k.png
However this does not seem to work in Win 8.1. Is there something in particular I need to do to make this work, or is it a bug?
Using UltraMon 3.2.2. Specs:
2 monitors
Current desktop: 3840x1200 (0,0 - 3840,1200)
Monitor 1 - DELL U2410 (primary):
Settings: 1920x1200, 32-bit color, 60 Hz refresh rate
Coordinates: 0,0 - 1920,1200. Workspace: 65,0 - 1920,1200
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6700M Series
Device: \\.\DISPLAY1\Monitor0
Monitor 2 - SyncMaster:
Settings: 1920x1200, 32-bit color, 60 Hz refresh rate
Coordinates: 1920,0 - 3840,1200. Workspace: 1920,0 - 3840,1200
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6700M Series
Device: \\.\DISPLAY2\Monitor0
Thanks, Andreas

I think I can answer this one myself. You need to disable corner stickiness. See here: http://superuser.com/questions/498576/how-to-disable-sticky-corners-in-windows-8
You can also use tools like Start8 (highly recommended) to disable corner stickiness.

Hadn't noticed this before, I always drag windows to the middle of the other monitor instead of along the top of the screen.
Windows 7 and later always let you drag maximized windows, the advantage of the UltraMon version of the feature is that the window gets maximized automatically when you release the mouse on the other monitor, you don't need to move the window to the top of the screen to get it maximized again.
