Hi Guys,
I'm having a strange Problem. I installed to vidioadapters in my system: first one (agp) is an asus v7700 gts2 and second one (pci) is a s3trio64v+.
This configuration runs fine, but when I want to open the creative mixer my system hangs up!
If I shut off the second vga (right click on desktop, properties, winXP) the mixer works fine.
What could be the reason for this?

The reason is the soundblaster. some other people on this forum have reported the same behaviour and I myself have problems with my audigy (sound crackling and popping while using the secondary adapter).
It all comes down to creative's drivers and the fact that the Live!-series of soundcards are pretty bad bus-hoggers. (i.e. they use up all the badwidth on the PCI bus, even if they don't need it)

Hm. THX. There is no possibility to change this?
..mayby I have to get rid off my stupid soundblaster:(
