Periodically, when I restart my PC the second monitor initializes just fine, but then there is a mysterious wallpaper in the second monitor that i can't remove, nor do I know where it comes from. Now the damn wallpaper is there all the time and my PC is running more sluggish than ever. I've been running dual monitors for some time now, and this problem occured just recently.
OS Windows 98 SE
video cards- ATI
-rage pro turbo agp 2x
-rage xl pci
Any suggestions?
