I will make some changes so that the Smart Taskbar can start, but some issues will remain:
- the Smart Taskbar won't look like the Aston taskbar because Aston uses a custom look instead of the one defined by the active Windows XP theme
- there seems to be a bug in Aston related to desktop toolbars such as the Smart Taskbar: when the taskbar is docked, some windows may get resized
