I occasionally get this error after logging in and UltraMon starts. I assume UltraMon takes too long to start because a disk intensive app is also starting.
It seems to only happen on a fresh boot, and only if I log in without waiting a few minutes. If I sit at the login screen for a minute or two after boot, thus giving more time for the system to load, I don't get the error.
C:\Program Files\UltraMon\UltraMonUiAcc.exe
This operation returned because the timeout period expired.

UltraMonUiAcc.exe gets started if you start an application as administrator (this is used to add window buttons etc to such applications), sounds like this fails because the system is busy.
You could try delaying UltraMon startup, to do this run regedit.exe, then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\<version> and set the AutoStartDelay value to the number of seconds by which startup should be delayed.
