Sorry for such a basic question but I have a dell laptop and a docking station with two screens on it. When I dock the laptop my two screens are blue and the mouse doesn't appear. Are there basic settings to have in the control panel to be able to do two screens? My husband has the same computer and it works for him. He's out of town and I'm trying to use his two screens.
