Can UltraMon be used to assist Powerstrip in dealing finicky custom resolutions? I'm connecting an old T60 Lenovo (running Win7, with the XP drivers for the gfx card, since the card doesn't have Win7 drivers) to a PureLink AV-210 VGA to DVI converter/scaler. This is routed into a 16x16 matrix router, managed by a Crestron system, eventually pushing out to an Aquos HDTV. The custom resolution options vanish when we attempt to connect it to our system and the picture being captured seems to be shifted to the right about 10-25 pixels. Not sure where to go from here, especially since the PowerStrip forums are closed.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

UltraMon can't help with this as it has no support for creating custom display resolutions, I also don't know what might cause the problem you're seeing.
