I need some advice on setting up 3-4 CRTs on a desktop PC. I am wanting to avoid having to purchase a number of display cards to drive these monitors.
I have heard a lot of talk lately about the new DVI standards, but i have little solid evidence on how DVI can drive the older old CRTs.
Any info about physicaly connecting CRTs to DVI-i would be of great help?
There are also a number of external display splitting devices, that connect up to a standard vga 15 pin video output.
Has anyone had expereince using these external boxes?
Does anyone want to outline the differences between digital and analog display splitting?
THANX

If you want the quickest, easiest and probably cheapest method to do this, get a Matrox Parhelia. It'll support Triplehead (ie 3 monitors) straight out of the box.
