I am about to buy an 845G motherboard with onboard graphics and setup a PC with 4 monitors. Can the onboard graphics count as one VGA card?

The other cards I was planning on using would be one ATI Radeon 8500 dual AGP card and one or two Nvidia TNT 2 PCI cards.

Anyone tried on board graphics as one of their VGA in a 4 monitor setup?

I searched the database and found nothing. Maybe someone else that has used onboard graphics as one of their cards could comment, or anyone for that matter.

Thank-you.

Regards,
Michael

I think I found the answer to my question on your boards here.

The embedded card is AGP, if you insert another AGP card, the MB one gets disabled, since there can't be two AGP cards together. You *CAN* add PCI cards tho.
