i am running win me and have an onboard intel 810 graphics (secondary) and a riva tnt2 m64 pci card (primary). the setup is fine until windows shuts down, both monitors go black but on the monitor which is connect to the intel there is a single blinking cursor in the corner. if i disable the intel, the system shuts down properly. i think that this may be that the intel is the secondary card but this is only an idea.
thanks
adam :-)

I'm having a similar problem with TNT2 card not shutting down windows correctly, as soon as I add another card all seems fine until shutdown time, just hangs at windows is shutting down screen. I'm using a VIA chipset and windows XP and ideas.
