I'm getting audio distortion when I do any kind of scrolling on my second monitor, I tried scrolling with both monitors turned off so I don't think it's an EMF problem. I'm running the second monitor off an S3 Savage4. I'm guessing this is the problem because it's not a very good card, is my best solution to just buy a geforce 2 mx pci card?

I assume you have a Creative soundcard, yes?
The problem is the soundcard, not the display adapters.
