For some reason my refreshrate on my secondary display is low. It shows it as 85hz, but my eyes tell me its closer to 60hz. Ive jacked it up to 120hz but no change. My primary is at 85hz and is fine. Im on win2k so I tried ReForce but it didnt do anygood either. Both monitors show as plug and play monitors in device manager. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with the dvi port. Both monitors are CRTs by the way. Anybody have the same problem or no a solution?
