I've noticed something recently since I started running apps with Transparency turned on. When I try to move a window (notepad, IE etc) over the transparent app, it seems to slow down and move in jumps.
Does anyone know what I might be causing this? The effect seems to be much more pronounced when I have my dual-monitors enabled.

Transparency is very heavy on your cpu and resources. This is normal behaviour and obviousely with two monitors, since you have double the desktop space, it is even more resource intensive.
