I have a 64 MB ATI all-in-wonder 7500 installed and running fine. I recently installed MADDOG video card 64 MB (Geforce4 MX 420 Plus chipset PCI )and my system locks up as soon as I log in.
System: P4 1.8, plenty of ram, win2k SP3
The first time, I installed thge PCI card, it booted up, and I installed the drivers. Next time on bootup, both monitors turn on and show win2k starting up, but as soon as I login, it hangs. I tried different settings, (in BIOS PCI first, the AGP first), but the results are the same.
Any help is really appreciated.
