I cant seem to get my Dell Latitude laptop to recognize the LCD as primary screen in multiple monitors setting-using Windows 2000

I have a Dell Latitude CPx with multi monitors in a docking station.
One screen is powered from the PCI card in the docking station, the other is from the laptop... you need to change a setting in the BIOS so that the onboard video is not disabled if a video card is detected in the docking station.
