I just got my second monitor in at home and I am having problems using the Smart Taskbar. I am using a Gainward GF4 4400 Dualhead card and when I choose to start the Smart Taskbar it appears in the middle of the second screen and then disappears.
I have no problems with this on my office machine which is running an ATI Radeon 7500 Dual Head.
My machine:
Win 2000 GeForce4 Ti 4400 (AGP - Dual Head) Primary Monitor: Viewsonic P225 Secondary Monitor: Viewsonic P810 GeForce4 MX 420 (PCI) Third Monitor: Will be Viewsonic GS815 (Tomorrow) I have checked the option to have all NView devices count as seperate devices. All other features seem to work as they do on my other machine.
Other Machine (No Problems)
WinXP Pro ATI Radeon 7500 (AGP - Dual Head) Primary & Secondary Monitor: Hansol 17"
No problems...
Any thoughts?

Could it be that the Smart Taskbar is configured for the disabled monitor 2 instead of monitor 3?
Please mail me your Smart Taskbar configuration: open regedit.exe, select the registry key 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon\Smart Taskbar', choose File\Export from the menu and send me the resulting .reg file.

I found a solution after I emailed you the registry file. I changed the DWORD value on the Dock Monitor entry from 2 to 3 and it popped up.
I'm working with two monitors and will try the 3rd tomorrow.
Thank you very much for your great customer service.
