I need to run 1 Program in Fullscreen 640x480 on a TV and run all the other programs on monitor. I'm considering Dual Display but I don't know if what I want will work.
The program I want to use on the TV is the Creative Video Blaster PVR.
I want to be able to watch TV trough my computer on the TV so I can pause live TV, watch recored shows. But also want to be able to use my computer to surf the next check e-mail that kind of stuff.
Can any on Help Me.
