Forums -> UltraMon™ -> Cannot Register...Disk Space

Hi, I am trying to install the 64 bit version of UltraMon 3.2.2. It installed - so now I am on the trial version. When I try to register, I get the prompt "Please wait while the installer finishes determining your disk space requirements."

I saw this thread: https://www.realtimesoft.com/multimon/forum/messages.asp?Topic=10082&tmpl= and it didn't work for me.

Each time I kill the msiexec.exe (2 pop up for me) process, and retry, same result. Any insight on this issue?

I think I solved the problem. I uninstalled the software trial version. Re-installed, and entered registration code from the .msi.

This may be something the DEV team would want to look into.

Glad to hear the reinstall fixed the issue, I'm not sure though what might have caused this, also haven't seen this myself so far.

Maybe there was a problem with the cached installer database which would get used for this, but that's just a guess.
