I have UltraMon running on a Lenovo T430s with Windows 7. In addition to the laptop monitor I use a monitor plugged in via DVI on a dock and another via a USB 3.0 to HDMI Plugable brand adapter. Sometimes the MoveWindow button will send windows to the wrong monitor. It's a quirky behavior which I notice most after resuming from hibernation. For example, just now the window was on the laptop monitor and I hit the button to move it to the the DVI monitor, but instead it was sent to the USB monitor. After it appeared on the USB monitor I was able to send it to the DVI monitor and subsequent transfers worked correctly.

Maybe the monitor numbers have changed immediately after resuming from hibernation, to check for this you could run the SysInfo script before and after hibernation, and check if anything has changed.
