Hey, I'm trying to put together a system that will have 3 projectors and 5 monitors. I'm trying to decide on the video cards. Should I get two Quad cards or 4 dual cards? Also any suggestions on which cards to use would be appreciated. Thanks.

Depends on the number of PCI slots you can use, dual cards will probably be a bit cheaper.
Appian, Matrox and Nvidia have PCI dual and quad cards.
Also take a look at my review of quad systems.
