Most likely a download problem, try downloading the file again, preferably with Internet Explorer.
I would suggest you wait for the 2.0 final release which will be released later today.

Same problem attemtping to install UltraMon 2.0 final, error reads:
The cabinet file "UltraMon.cab" required for this installation is corrupt and connot be used.
I've tried downloading a dozen times. Using both my Windows XP box via cablemodem.
Using my Windows 2000 Server box connected to a DSL modem worked GREAT. The file was not corrupt and installed perfectly.
