I downloaded the UMSingle.ico and UMMulti.ico to customize the icons that shows up in the taskbar. This is not working. The help page says that these icon files should be placed in the c:\program files\ultramon directory. I tired that but they cannot be chosen from the customize tab. I also tried to create a sub directory "Icons" and put the icon files there, same result.
Please advise

You need to extract the ZIP file to your UltraMon directory, the necessary subdirectories will be created automatically.
If you are using WinZip, make sure 'use folder names' is checked on the Extract dialog.
To create the icon directories manually, create a directory named Icons below your UltraMon directory (usually C:\Program Files\UltraMon), then create a directory below Icons for each icon set you want to install.
