As instructed , i tried to terminate msiexec.exe from my task manager , however windows said this file is using by another program so i cannot kill it ....
i tried to reboot and run setup as well but no luck ,,, any clue guys ?

If you are on Windows 2000 or XP, open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services, double-click Windows Installer, then click on Stop.
If it still doesn't work, please send me the log file (see the FAQ for details).
