My smart taskbar works and appears correctly on all programs and all screens EXCEPT when using CHROME. It appears with Internet Explorer - any suggestions?

Does this happen when you maximize the Chrome window, the taskbar then gets hidden behind the maximized Chrome window?

No - it just isn't there. I have the close or X, the restore down and maximize button, minimize and maximize button, the minimize to the taskbar....but no button to quickly switch an active program from one monitor to the other. I use 3 monitors - all programs have the button to switch or toggle programs from one monitor to the other except Chrome.

I see, I thought the issue was with the taskbar.
You can get this when using the Basic or Classic themes for Windows (instead of the Aero theme), to fix this go to UltraMon Options > Compatibility, then configure settings for Chrome and set the 'force window buttons' option.
Please note that this is a new option in UltraMon 3.3.0.
