Daer Realtimesoft,
I cannot for the life of me uninstall the virtual monitor drivers that Ultramon installs
They just keep reappearing with a reboot.
In my device manager it list my monitors in this order
1. Acer 76c (which is my Secondary) 2. Default Monitor (which i would like to remove) 3. Default Monitor (which i would like to remove) 4. philips 109s (which is my Primary)
Yours Truly

Hi Daniel,
these additional monitors are most likely installed by the display driver.
The mirror driver used by UltraMon uses a custom device class, meaning it will be hidden in Device Manager.
If you enable 'Show hidden devices', you'll see a new device class, Display Mirror Driver.

I think this is caused by nVidia's drivers. I've found that if you uninstall them, they just show up on the next reboot.
If it really bothers you, you can DISABLE them. Just right click on them in device manager and choose disable from the window. Now each time you go to device manager, that tree will be open, and you'll have a little red 'x' next to the disabled monitor.
Personally, I just leave 'em be. Doesn't seem to cause a problem.

Thankyou for your quick response, this clears up a few issues that i had. I Thought that maybe the Nview drivers installed them, but dissmised that idea, turns out it was.
Thank very much again Dan
