Hi,
I'm having a few problems getting this setup to work. The 8500LE is a Hercules 128 AGP, the 7500 is a Powercolor 64. Platform is XP home edition +SP1 on EPOX 8KTA3PRO with AMD 1.2. The only other card in the box is an Audigy 2. This combination is wildly unstable but so far I've not pinned down why. Interestingly running Dxdiag crashes the box if both video cards are enabled. But disabling one or the other allows all DX diagnostics to run perfectly. I guess there is a conflict there somewhere. There are no IRQ conflicts.
Thanks in advance to anyone who may have some suggestions on how to solve this problem.

Gaz, I recommend updating the drivers. I had the same problems once I upgraded to SP1, but the problems disappeared with the updated drivers. Also, check out the new DX9 upgrade.
If this doesn't work, head over to Rage3d.com and look in the forums for instructions on how to do a complete sterile wipe and reinstall of the ATI drivers. This solves the other 80% of the problems.
