I've noticed that with UltraMon I get control about where windows pop up initially, but unlike many X-Windows window managers, Microsoft doesn't provide any capability to rearrange the windows on the screen. An interesting feature would be if UltraMon could provide a snap to screen or nearby window feature.
For example, I typically put my Internet Explorer window on my left monitor -- UltraMon does this well. However, when I bring up a terminal window, or close another terminal window, on the right monitor I'd like it to line up with the fold between the monitors.
I suppose it's possible there are tools out there that already do this -- I couldn't find any with the searches I tried on download.com, but since I don't know what other people might call the feature, it's entirely possible that I missed it.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll consider that for a future release.
You might also want to take a look at ZMover, a window positioning application. It's probably not exactly what you want though.
